Arrangements at Shangrila Hotel were fantastic. We are speechless. Staff was so courteous. Kitchen staff was also very enthusiastic. We were little bit concerned about low spicy Food. But this area was also covered very smoothly. Mr. Ajay at reception counter also co-operated very well. Our thanks to them. He was also no exception to this. But also he is a good human being. He co-operated us very well. Even he showed so many things which otherwise we could not see. I thank you again all of you for making our trip so pleasant.
